She never set foot in these types of places unless her target was worth it, and this target was certainly worth it.
The dusty building had been lonely, abandoned before he had entered, stumbling with a drunken haze. The noise had interrupted the silence, polluted it's calm with his mumbling.
Just the typical drunk trying to return home after a night's worth of booze and flirting with girls, herself namely. He hadn't lasted long like any man ever did. Under the shadows his body fell and his prize stripped away from his body like he'd never even had it.
"Hmm, thanks darling..." Her lips curled to form a cruel smile. He couldn't answer when his body no longer breathed.
Shifting her hips, Lady checked the area again. She was still alone, only the silence paying witness to the crime she just committed. She twirled the jewel in her hands. The crime certainly had been worth it...

Spider staggered into the area, no longer supported by Mercury, who hung back lazily, looking like he'd had all the energy leeched out of him.
Mercury sighed, twiddling with his earring. Healing was no laughing matter - although Spider was now injury free, fit as he had been before the bloodbath that had occured in the hospital, Remyni felt positively drained. His limbs were tired and heavy, and he just wanted to fall into a deep sleep and revive his energy. Although this wasn't an option. If he took his eyes off Spider for a nanosecond, he'd be up to his neck in trouble. That much was guarenteed.
Spider cast Mercury a dissmissive look, his lips curling into the all-too familiar silky smirk. He really had no idea what the silver-haired freak was still hanging around for. Hadn't he done his bit, played the hero? Spider grimaced, swivelling his stony glare to the cracked screen of his wristwatch and scowling horribly. Still broken...
There was no way he could get rid of Mercury hastily with his wristwatch smashed. His lips curled at the corners, his brow furrowing as he remembered the hospital scene. Why had he let Sebastian get away? True, he himself was just about on his deathbed...but so was his brother. He could have just finished him off, dealt the last blow if Mercury hadn't of restrained him. He'd purposefully turned up there to kill Sebastian once and for all, only for his plan to be thwarted and complicated by that bloody copper and Mercury. If it had of been just him and Seb...he would have won.
Right now, he just needed to take his mind off things...have a drink, let his hair down. Although Mercury seemed determined to keep him on the move, shuffling from place to place. He didn't even know where they were now. Some bloody wrecked train station? Spider's eyes narrowed to form a look of disgust.
"Damn, I could have sworn this was up and running last time I was here..." Mercury swore violently, scraping silver bangs from his eyes. "I'm sorry Spider, but I'm going to have to ask you to walk a little further."
Spider scowled again, his gaze locking on to the figure of a nearby woman. He ignored Mercury completely, and concentrated on the other, analysing her movement. When he strained to look closer, he realized that the corpse of a man lay next to her. Mercury seemed to have noticed this too.
"Hey-"
Spider clamped a hand down over Mercury's mouth before he could shout the words. The damage had been done though. Their prescence was now known.

The body would remain there, hopefully covered by a faint line of dust over time, since Lady wasn't prepared to get down on her knees and drag the corpse out. That simply wasn't her style.
She was busy admiring the necklace until her attention was split when she heard footsteps approaching and voice directed to her. Lady didn't turn around quickly, instead she sighed, annoyed that she had been caught and more blood would have to be drawn. Finally when she did turn round she looked in surprise. There were two males, one much taller and the other not posing much of a threat.
"Great..." She mumbled, placing a gloved hand to her head as if a headache was arising. What is a girl to do? She thought deeply as the other two stood there. Suddenly a smile crept across her and her footsteps started forward. "Well hello boys. You didn't see anything here, right?" Her heels clicked to every step, getting louder as she gained on the two. If she would have to fight her way out of the situation the heels would be more of an advantage than a disadvantage to her fighting style.
Circling them and eyeing them up, Lady came to notice the watch around the particular taller one. She licked her lips and didn't left her stare held on for too long to be noticed. Her dark eyes twinkled, staring at the taller one with now dark fascination.

"You can't just leave the body lying there." Mercury frowned, his tone bitter. Spider's hand slipped away from his mouth, and he was staring at the woman with immense interest which he made no attempt to disguise. His gaze slid sideways to meet Mercury's.
"You should really dispose of it properly. Eitherwise someone will find it eventually, and you'll get banged up." The silver-haired man continued, sub-conciously stepping in front of Spider, who was not amused at all that his view had been blocked by the other man's broad back.
Spider bit down on his lower lip, pushing Mercury aside. A passive spark seemed to appear in Spider's eyes, before vanishing so quickly that it made you doubt if you saw it.
He stepped forward, curious. "Spare her the lecture, Mercury." Spider laughed harshly, his voice hollow. He indicated the necklace in the woman's clutched grasp. "She's obviously a practiced thief and murderer. I think she know what she's doing, unlike you. You're not exactly an expert assassain yourself."
Mercury arched a silvery eyebrow, a tongue snaking around his lips. Spider was making him out to be some kind of fool - a nobody. Something he always did when he was around the ladies. Spider always seemed to belittle Mercury to make himself look better than he actually was. Deny all relationship ties between them. This had always annoyed Mercury greatly - Spider's arrogance was tolerable most of the time, but this one thing always got to him.
"Excuse my boyfriend's manner of speech, he knows not what he's talking about." Mercury muttered sourly, causing Spider to look as if he wanted to punch him.
"B-boyfriend?!" Spider pushed in, disgusted. "He's sick, that one." He attempted to laugh it of, keeping his gaze firmly fixed on Mercury as he spoke, addressing the woman. "Just ignore him, he has a strange sense of humour."

Her lips thinned to keep down her grin. How...cute, a lovers quarrel. Boyfriends or not, apparently there were feelings transferred of resentment.
Her eyes dragged over Mercury curiously, not at all fazed to the fact he'd been criticising her ways of disposing her victims. Did he resent her, the killer, or the fact that the taller one was showing her interest? She stood amused nether less.
"Boyfriend?" She raised an eyebrow, despite Spider's spluttering attempts to disagree with it. Her eyes dragged down along the form of Spider as if admiring his frame. "Such a shame that a perfect man should be wasted to the likes of-" Eyes rolled away from Spider and to Mercury. She smiled and choose not to finish her words, not because she was fearful of this smaller one, but she stopped herself getting involved in the bickering between the two that would last far too long for her liking.
"I've been doing this for awhile now." She motioned her head back towards the corpse in the distance. "So I do know how to cover my tracks up. And your names are?"
Lady would have never bothered to stop, or even ask for the names of the two if she hadn't spotted the wrist watch on Spider's wrist. However her intentions weren't clear, no, not yet...

Spider slid an arm around the woman's shoulders, a sly smile dancing on his lips. He glared at Mercury pointedly, who flinched rather violently, looking as if he had accquired a rather bad headache.
"I'm not his boyfriend, he's just some random homosexual without a sex life who persists to follow me around all the time." Spider laughed harshly, his tone silvery. Mercury rolled his eyes, feigning hurt...which wasn't actually all that false, but cleverly disguised by the silver-haired man. Spider pushed the cracked, stylized frames of his glasses up the bridge of his nose, still smirking arrogantly. He extended a hand, deliberately the one without the heavy silver wristwatch, winking heavily. "The name's Spider. Spider Keztrel. Drop by my place anytime, you'll always be welcome."
Mercury narrowed his eyes, his tone bitter. "He's not kidding. He has a permanant hotel room, number 69. Believe me, I've been there." Spider looked as if he was about to say something, but then halted abruptly.
"Is that how you're going to play it then, Mercury?" He finally spoke scathingly, hissing under his breath. "Don't play games with me, you know you've always just been my bit on the side." Each word hit Mercury in the chest individually, hurting more and more as they came. He flinched again, jerking his shoulders away.
Spider returned to the thief woman, the ghost of a smile playing on his lips. "And yours, darling?"

Lady's eyes slid to a side as Spider brought his arm around her. At first she had been curious, suspicious even, but it later softened down to a mutual feeling of content. A faux feeling brought to led her victims into thinking they could have their way with her and she wouldn't mind.
Her lips nearly twitched into a smirk.
If the tension between Spider and Mercury hadn't been heavy enough before, then it had at least doubled now. She watched as Mercury was beginning to loose his fire power, his intention to embarrass Spider, and somehow Lady felt disappointed because of this. She wanted Mercury to bite back, to show the charming man up. Why? She had no idea and didn't care to dwell on the thought. No, her attention was on Spider and completely on him.
She choose no to comment on the two's quarrelling, despite how oddly it resembled an old married couples relationship.
"My own?" She paused for effect as her name rolled out her tongue so delicately, so... lustfully, deeper than any wine. "Lady." An alias she went around by without a second name.
The watch, that was always on her mind, had been moved for another second glimpse. Like a flash image of a temptation but too far to reach; not the right time. She refocused her stare on Spider and smile up to him tauntingly. "And I certainly wouldn't mind dropping off by yours sometime."

Spider brought his face a little closer to Lady's, dangerous closer. "Lady...well that's a pretty name, isn't it Mercury? Pretty name for a pretty woman." Mercury's stomach twisted with a sick pit of jealous, his muscles tensing as Spider's fingertip trailed down the side of Lady's cheek.
Spider's gleaming gaze slide sideways, his lips curling. Mercury could kid himself all he wanted - but he really knew deep down that this was no long term relationship between the two of them. It never had been. Spider enjoyed one-off flings much more than he did Mercury's company.
Okay, so that wasn't entirely true.
But Mercury didn't own him. He was a free agent. He could do whoever he wanted, without the other man on his case 24/7. Mercury was nothing special. Mercury was just... ...Mercury.
Mercury bit down on his lower lip, humming mentally to himself. He knew what Spider really felt. When they were alone, it was amazing. Spider made Mercury feel like he was the only one in the world, and it was just them...Mercury and Spider. Spider and Mercury. Wasn't that all that mattered? That there were times like that? Unfortunately, it hadn't been that way for years.
So why he was still chasing Spider after all these years of being apart? Yes, true...Spider was good, but at times like these, he treated him like dirt. And Mercury felt worthless, like a nobody. Sometimes he wondered whether their relationship was worth all of...this.
He had to do something to show that he knew what he wanted. That he wasn't just Spider's little plaything...his 'bit on the side'. He'd had enough of that.
Stepping slowly towards Spider, he unhooked the man from Lady's shoulder, cupping his face in his hands. Leaning forward, Mercury pressed his lips against the other man's passionately, snaking his pierced tongue inside Spider's mouth. Spider was taken by surprise, his tongue dancing with Mercury's of it's own accord, not allowing him to have any say in the matter. He held Spider's face securely in his hands so that he couldn't pull away, even if he wanted to. Not caring that Lady's gaze was probably burning into them, Mercury's hands trailed down to Spider's jeans, his fingers tracing patterns on Spider's skin, caressing his hips and then the fastenings on his trousers...
"What the f*ck do you think you're-"

(( sorry azzy i know you're not feeling well, and power-playing won't do much good with that ; w ; but they ARE kinda kissing the living day lights out of eachother...and well lady can only take advantage of it.))
Oh my...
Lady was in honest surprise, shock even as Spider's arm was pulled away and Mercury took over to claim the man's spoiled lips. Any woman would be if a man had been flirting with her one second, then was pulled aside by another man to kiss him strongly.
You could say she almost enjoyed the sight, but those dark desires would remain quiet. They had no purpose for her intentions.
A moment passed and the deed was done.
"As much as I would enjoy sharing this gorgeous man-" She doubted Mercury would be a fan of sharing him or even engaging in anything sexual split between three people. "- I won't be cruel enough to ruin your two's evening..." She said with a smirk, beginning to drift away from the two with the click of her heels. "Good day, boys!"
The corpse could remain there, rotting under the faint lining of dust. She doubted anyone would check for the man in there, who recently got a divorce, no children, deceased parents, no...life.
Without passing a look to see if Spider had split away spluttering out obscenities, Lady quickly walked her way out of the scene and breaking free into the quiet car park. The sway of her hips in the revealing dress earned her with a wolf whistle, somewhere in the distance, as she pulled her hand up to admire the wrist watch caught in her hand.
And thank you, cute one, for providing me a distraction to snatch this. She spared a look behind her shoulder and smirked darkly.

[muh, i'm feeling better now. |D we both knew she was going to nick off with his watch anyway, so it's no big deal. he'll realize in a minute. I'm tired and still in pain (lmao, shut up Azzie), so this will be a crappy post. <3]
Spider pulled away, his vision blurred. "Idiotic bastard...couldn't you have waited?" The raven-haired man muttered dazedly, rubbing his eyes. Mercury's hand still hadn't withdrawn from his crotch, and he was smiling, looking deep into his eyes like he'd never drag his gaze away again.
Spider narrowed his eyes, his distorted vision configuring to it's normal settings. His eyelids flickered shut momentarily, and then he leant forwards to kiss Mercury again, parting the other man's lips with his tongue. Mercury slid his free hand around Spider's waist, smiling crookedly.
Then he stopped, pausing abruptly, breaking away from the kiss slowly. "Spider, mate...your watch..." Mercury glanced down at the other man's unusually bare wrist. His watch had gone. The thieving...
"Bitch!" Spider yelled, swinging away from Mercury and hurtling down the path after the rapidly disappearing woman, who, in the seclusion of both the men had made haste to escape. He stumbled, his footsteps clumsy as he ran, only just catching up with the woman who had introduced herself as 'Lady'.
Lady, she was not, Spider mused bitterly to himself, swearing loudly. If only he'd been on his toes...he knew she was a thief, after all.
Mercury sloped after him, taking his time with his hands dug deep in his trouser pockets. A small smile slipped onto his lips, and he had to stifle a laugh. Seriously, Spider should have been a little more careful with the way he carried himself - advertising his most prized possessions to a thief wasn't exactly an act of an intellectual.

She could have heard his cry a mile away. Seriously? We're all men stupid? Resorting to violent displays weren't going to get them anyway. Lady just wasn't the type to back down to any man's enforcement of power.
Holding her breath she jumped and latched her hands onto a overhead building. How she wished she carried her trusty crane to pull her more easily, but parading with it attached to her wrist only brought unwanted attention.
Now sitting over the rough surface of the roof, Lady gleamed down to the two making their way out from the abandoned train station near by. Though she seemed more concerned for the sun shinning down on her pale skin, wishing how she'd also brought sun cream or a umbrella to avoid it's glare. She burnt easily, and a sun burn just wouldn't be good.
"I expected more from a guy like you..." She leaned over while resting her chin to the back of her hand. "But easy pickings I suppose." Between half-lidded eyes, Lady smirked and waited...
What is this guy gonna do about it? Throw a hissy fit?

Spider looked up, springing backwards. His facial features were contorted with rage, every second his gaze darting back down to his bare wrist and then back to Lady with distaste.
The woman had somehow managed to clamber up on to the roof of a building, and was leaning over the edge, staring down at them. Spider felt like throwing something at her, but he couldn't sedate her with his needles, because they were fired from the watch.
Oh dear god. He hoped she wouldn't figure out how to use it. Mind you, nobody but himself had ever attempted to operate the watch, so Spider was torn to whether it would even work for her. He had to stay calm. Think.
Breathe.
Shit. What did she have to go and do that for? Couldn't she have thieved him of something else, something of more value to her but less to him? It was impossible for her to know just exactly how much the wristwatch worth, but Spider reckoned she'd had a pretty good guess. Although it definitely wouldn't be as valuable to her or anyone else as it was to Spider. He needed that damn watch back.
Mercury hung back, looking somewhat amused. Yes, he did realize the watch's sentimental and plain value to Spider, but the situation was rather laughable. Spider was almost powerless without that watch...true, he had other talents, but this was most likely to make him panic and lose his mind.
He had to hand it to Lady, she had picked the right moment to tease the watch from Spider's wrist. God, he hadn't even noticed until he'd looked down at Spider's arm to time the kiss. [something he'd be able to boast about later - but as it was, they'd been dragged apart, so it wasn't a new world record...] Spider was clearly losing it. Mercury reached out and patted his shoulder. The silver-blue eyed man shrugged him off, snarling.
Spider mused quietly to himself, running over possible outcomes in his head. Where was that teleporting freak of a brother when you needed him?
Okay, maybe he'd just make the woman think she was insane. That seemed like the glaringly obvious thing to do, considering he could achieve it easily. Besides, it wasn't as if the woman was anything special. ...so she managed to steal his watch - so what? Any idiot could accomplish that.
His left eye twitched, and he pushed up his glasses, glaring into the eyes of the other.
Okay, bitch...enough toying with me. Give me my watch back, or I will kill you.
Mercury heard this due to his ability to pick up anything in the air - he was like a human radio - even though the message made no audible noise except for inside Lady's head.
Spider smirked, bending down and picking up a smooth stone, his thumb sliding across the surface. He made sure that he kept his lips clamped shut as he delievered the message telepathically to Lady, so that she could see that he wasn't actually speaking the words.

"Sorry, but when I see something I like I must have it." She winked, hoping the two would understand her actions.
Call her a stuck up girl who was surrounded in luxury and never did a hard days work (Although Lady would argue with you that killing and stealing as indeed hard work), but Lady didn't care, in fact she enjoyed her tormenting ways. Watching men... squirm as they stood defeated, it was simply eye candy to watch them stripped from their most prized possessions.
Lady glared down at Spider when he heard a voice rattling inside her mind. At first she thought it came from behind, but she recognized to be the man's she'd just stolen the watch from.
What kind of strange power was that? Of course she was well aware that there were some... oddities in the world, she, herself was one. But mind talking, tele-something? Strange. She wouldn't let her confusion slip by one bit.
"Kill me with what, your bare hands?" A laugh escaped her. "Don't be so full of yourself." Rather than insult Spider further she brought the watch in front of her face, spinning it around as she admired it.
"I wonder why you treasure this so much... Is it because you just can't stand the pain of loss? Or maybe this watch is special?" Yes, Lady always had an eye for special items, and this was one of them.

"No, not with my bare hands." Spider laughed coldly, fiddling around with his inside weaponary belt. "Although it's incredibly tempting - I would so love to wring your pretty little neck..." He licked his lips, his tone bitter. Mercury swallowed, his smile now pinned to his face. He scratched the back of his neck, taking a step back. Spider was normally a little gentler towards the women, but Mercury noticed that his lips were twisted, his eyes gleaming with malice. If Spider wanted to kill her, then he didn't look as if he was going to hold back at all.
Spider couldn't seem to find his revolver anywhere. Darn it, he cursed himself, thinking back to the bloodbath that had occured last night...in all the commotion, he must have forgotten his gun. Why hadn't Mercury picked it up for him? Ah. Maybe he had. Spider narrowed his eyes, rather annoyed by the fact that Mercury was now trying to conceal his own weapons from him.
"Spider..." Mercury touched his shoulder again gently. Spider turned around as the other spoke his name, closing one eye and then reopening it. Spider trailed his hands down to Mercury's waist, slipping inside his trousers. Mercury looked taken aback, embarassed even, about to push him away...and then he realized. Spider retrieved his own revolver from the inside of the silver-haired man's jeans, raising it so that it was alligned with Lady's face, who still crouched on the rooftops.
Mercury was still recovering from the shock of Spider shoving his hands down his trousers with no particular warning, and only just realized what Spider was about to do.
Drop it, or I'll shoot.
Spider slid a tongue around his own lips, moistening them. Then he clamped them together tightly, screaming violently inside Lady's head with his telepathy, over and over....an excruciating, high-pitched noise that he himself couldn't even stand the sound of.
Mercury placed his hands over his ears, wincing as the screaming hit him also, attempting to wrench the gun from Spider's grasp and failing. "Spider, stop it!" He yelled over the noise, toning it down inside his own mind - something he was incredibly relieved that he could do. Nonetheless, it didn't block out the screaming completely. Spider knocked Mercury aside, some kind of manic glint in his eye.
Give me back...the watch...
The gun was still grasped tightly in Spider's bare palms, the barrel of it staring upwards at Lady. The horrific screaming failed to come to a stop, playing over and over as if on a recorded tape.

That screaming!
She could barely stand to watch Spider move back, retrieve a gun seemingly inside the other's jeans. As to why it was tucked down there, Lady didn't have the time to question
She shuffled her body away, dropping down with faded legs that were unwilling to listen to her commands about moving. At least she was behind the ledge and no longer under the stare of Spider's gun.
"Ahh..." Lady gasped and revealed the tearing pain ripping across her features. A hand was brought up to place to her head. It was worse than a headache, worse than a terrible migraine, she felt as if any moment her head would explain from the stress.
Her dark brown eyes which usually twinkled with dark intentions now darkened further, possibly to black.
There was no way to stop it accept focus on her actions, here, now, hoping they would be louder than the sharply pitched noises in her head.
"He seriously needs some help..." She humored herself, while attempting to collect herself together.
Then Lady moved. She moved down along the floor, sweeping past round the side to the roof's small wall and drawing her own gun nestled in a holster attached to her thigh. So you want to play, Spider? Bring it on. Usually she would never think to herself so much, or even be vocal when in conflict, but it was something to distract her mind from the screaming.
Raising her arm with the gun, Lady took a quick shot, too quick to properly aim but it was enough.
